Abstract
The objectives of Research Article " Research Guidelines for Improving the Quality of
Elderly Life of Local Administrative Organization" are to evaluate the performance and find
the ways to improve elderly quality of life in Nam Jo Sub-district Municipality, Mae Tha District,
Lampang Province, by using the CIPP model. Key informants from purposive sampling were
officers who involved in the elderly of Nam Jo Sub-District Municipality, elderly representatives
and researchers total of 17 peoples. The study found that guidelines for improving the quality
of life of the elderly must have a project design that does not overlap on the issues and plan
for data collection must be systematically to reduce problems in data collection. The role of
local government organizations is an important part in cooperating with the elderly and create
a learning process together with researchers that affects the integrity of the research data for
local government to develop of public services for improving the quality of elderly life.
