Abstract
The objective of this study was to explore the three main aspects which were the Project of
land reform under the National Land Policy Council, the details of the Project, and the
operation of the project by Agriculture Land Reform Office (ALRO).
The study was the documentary research which based on the exploring of the secondary data
from books, journals, theses, meeting handouts, and online documents. The analysis was done
by the content analysis to group the data. The article would be presented into the main
contents with flow charts and Info-graphic.
It was found that this project was the innovation for the Agricultural Land Reform Office (ALRO)
to allocate the land for the group of people who gather together as the cooperatives. Mostly,
ALRO would allocate the land for individual farmer. In term of quality, the project was run
well, but in term of quantity, the project operated quite slowly compared with normal
method. Under this project, ALRO allocated the land to one thousand four hundred ninety
farmers in eight provinces twenty one areas and thirteen cooperatives, and there were five
provinces that were under operation. However, ALRO still needed to finish the development
of construction as soon as possible and also the training of farmers’ capacity building. Lastly,
ALRO needed to find the solution to solve problems of people who still waiting for the land
allocation.
