ABSTRACT
Organizational commitment is vital to the operations of the organization. If any
organization has personnel with high organizational commitment and would lead to achieving
organizational goals. For government agencies to recognize the importance of maintaining and
government officials to work until retirement. The implantation and creating awareness for
commitment to any agency are of paramount importance. Ministry of Justice, the Secretariat
office as the service agencies under the Ministry with a mission to increase and to provide
justice to the people is more important, and increased workloads. These may bring down the
quality of working life due to stress at work, anxiety, and lack of job satisfaction. This can affect
organizational commitment and may lead to a request for transfer or resignation. This study
of the quality of work life and organizational commitment at any level, to propose ways to
improve the quality of working life and build organizational commitment to the organization

and staff to achieve continuous and sustainable growth. From a given sample size of 3 4
cases, the statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, the test
t-test, F-test and Multiple Regression Analysis
The study found that personnel with personal factors, different levels of
organizational commitment is no different, except for age and type of positions. The balancing
between work and personal life is desirable. The stability and progress in building
organizational commitment is statistically significant.
The recommendations are that from the Organizational Commitment and the
willingness to do something good for the development of the organization with the highest
degree indicate good sign. The Secretariat Office should create more open space or create
events for the employees to express their ability and extract their potential to support
achievements of the organization.
