                                                       ABSTRACT

This article analyzes the actual role of the Central Administration under Thailand’s
administrative structure. By using policy analysis framework to analyze the relationship
between government agencies, it has been found that considering public administration

structure through official instrument, forming by State Government Administration Act
The pattern of Government in Thailand has established many regional offices of the
Central Administration, creating duplication to the mission of the state, and the unity of area
management. Governacing in sub-national governance is overlapping and duplication, effecting
the relationship between Central Administration and Provincial Administration.
This article focuses on the expansion of the Central Administration, establishing office

to provide services as the field agencies of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society, and
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, also found that many of the Central
Administration offices established in regional are greater in number than Provincial
Administration, and the pattern of working as intergovernmental network, depending on each
other from time to time, without formal structure.
