ABSTRACT
In the present day the society has changed dramatically. Affect the lifestyle of humans
in all aspects. Including personnel in the organization is a very important human resource to
the success of the organization. When personnel are happy to work have a good quality of
working life resulting in personnel working at full capacity. So,many organizations have sought
to improve the quality of working life of personnel. The purpose of this article is study the
implementation of the 20-year national strategic plan for public health of the Provincial
Health Office of Yala and study guidelines for work life Quality for personnel at Yala Provincial
Public Health Office. This research uses qualitative research methods. Conducting studies and
collecting data from relevant documents and evidence from the strategic plan for human
development concepts related to quality of work life development. Basic information needed
by the personnel at Yala Provincial Public Health Office and interviewing personnel at Yala
Provincial Public Health Office 12 person by choosing to be specific as a working group on
human resource management. Analyze the data by using the information obtained from the
document. And interviews to come to the conclusion according to the study issues and
presented by analytical descriptive method. The results showed that personnel at the Yala
Provincial Health Office there is a need to have a good quality of life, happy work. See that
work is a part of life and must perform more than other activities and personnel will work to
their fullest capacity. Those personnel are satisfied in many ways. The most demanding aspect
including sufficient compensation And the balance between life and work. So,many
organization needs guidelines for improving the quality of working life of personnel. The
