                                                        Abstract

                       School of elders is one of the social innovations that cooperated by public sectors,

               private sectors. The goal of school of elders is focusing on how to make a better life for the
               elders who have been increasing rapidly in the next future. The better life is a set of several
               social indicators such as housing, income, community, environment, health, life satisfaction,
               safety and work-life balance. The school of elders is the most important learning resources to
               enhance a fulfill life of elders. In additional, all student (elders) and staff to learn from each
               other as they share wisdom, knowledge  and experiences, as well as their language and

               traditional skill. The main elements of the school of elders are curriculum (content), teachers,
               learner  (elders),  management,  school  building  and  environment,  learning  media  and
               technology, and learning activities. Learning activities consists of 1) health care activity, 2)
               recreation activity, 3) mental development activity, 4) happy life activity, and 5) technology
               for the elders activity. All of these activity can be changing up to the elder’s needs. Moreover,
               there are other factors, such as date, duration, and the place to manage all activity have
               toward the quality of school of elders.
